Complimentary Hospitality Program

Tokyo Convention & Visitors Bureau offers several complimentary programs specially tailored to provide overseas registered participants with various experiences of Tokyo and its vicinity; from nature and culture to other attractions.

Please sign up for the tours at the TOKYO CITY INFORMATION DESK located near the registration area at KEIO PLAZA HOTEL TOKYO. Bookings are accepted on a first-come, first-served basis. Advance reservations are not accepted.

◆ Neo Japanesque KIMONO Dance Show – Biou-za –

Experience the only show in Tokyo that focuses on the splendid beauty of Edo period (1603-1868) Oiran, Japan’s highest-ranking courtesans, or geisha, known for refined entertainment skills in the traditional arts of dance and music.

◆ Kabuki-Buyo “Renjishi” Show – Kikaku-ya –

Renjishi, or Two Lions, is a classical Kabuki dance dating back to the 1870s. The dance is part of a story depicting a father lion and his son, the former aging and weakened, the latter strong and vigorous. The plot represents the cycle of life, as power and legacy are passed from one generation to another. This dance will be performed by Sennosuke Wakatsuki and Ryo Wakatsuki, two dancers with extensive experience on the Kabuki stage. In addition to performing throughout Japan, Sennosuke and Ryo have performed in Saudi Arabia, Korea, and other countries as well.

At ISIAN 2024, we will be hosting a bowling tournament event to deepen the friendship between rhinologists from around the world.

We hope many people will participate, bond over strikes and spares, and have an enjoyable time.

A buffet dinner will be served and there will be an open bar with alcoholic/non-alcoholic drinks included. Let’s eat, drink, and have lively conversations alongside the bowling competition. Beginners are also welcome to join. We look forward to your participation!
As this will be a complimentary event, sign-ups will be first-come, first-served in case of overflow.
